How Filter and Sort Your Lead List
There are number of ways to drill down and find the exact lead(s) you are looking for.
Applying a Filter
Go to the leads page and click on the word filter above any column name.
Once the filter is applied, the lead stats above, and the lead list below will be updated.
Calls Made / Emails Sent
Select a range of calls or emails. For example view all leads called 0-2 times.
View leads based on the follow up activities followed up for each.
Selected leads in certain sales stages.
Select from a list of users. This is a great way to individual agent sales performance.
Select from a list of lead sources. This is a great way to view lead performance by channel.
Select a time frame for the leads you want to view. Last touch refers to the last time an email or call was made to the lead and recorded in LeadSimple.
Select a timeframe for the leads you want to view.
Go to the leads page and click on any column name.
The lead list will now either alphabetically or chronologically sort the lead list depending on the column you clicked on.
Searching For Leads
Leads can be looked up by their first name, last name, phone number or email address from the search box that appears in the top left of all pages of the app.
You can easily navigate to the 'Create a New Lead' page by typing into the search box and then clicking on the link that says "Add Lead".
