Pipelines

In LeadSimple pipelines are used for lead management and nurturing, and to track relationships with prospective clients, current clients and referrers. Examples of pipelines include:

  • Prospective Owners

  • Tenant Inquiries

  • Buyers

  • Sellers

  • Referrers & Real Estate Agents

  • Homeowners Associations

  • Current Clients (synced from your accounting software)

  • Current Tenants (synced from your accounting software)

  • Tenant Applicants (synced from your accounting software)

  • Current Vendors (synced from your accounting software)

Pipelines have sources, lead notifications, and more to help manage the relationship. The stages and workflows are not linear but act rather as buckets or categories with tasks that allow you to nurture the deal and bring it to a successful close. Not all tasks will need to be completed to close the deal.

Processes

Processes are repeatable workflows that you will likely run multiple times for your current clients and properties. Typical processes include:

  • Make Ready/Unit Turn

  • Move Ins

  • Move Outs

  • Lease Renewals

  • Delinquencies/Late Rent

  • Inspections

  • Work Orders

  • and much more!

Processes are very linear, with a defined start and end and all tasks in a process will be completed (except for those skipped by conditional logic).
