Have you been working on your work order process but can't seem to find the work order merge tags to help you pull in important data easily to emails, tasks, texts and such? Well, changing the process's category type is all you'll need to do. See how that's done below:
1. Go to your work order process's settings and click "General".
2. Click "Category" and select "Maintenance".
3. Finally, click "Save".
Now, you're all set to search for and use your work order merge tags!
