Have you had a case where the tenant made a payment, your delinquency process moved to payment made in full , but then the payment bounced? Well, Autopilot can help you catch these!

The trick is to duplicate your delinquency process' Autopilot rule, ask it to trigger on a few different days of the month and to start in the late rent stage. This will ensure that Autopilot is able check the system for any properties that still owe rent and don't have active delinquency and/or eviction processes and catch those NSF cases.

Here's what this would look like in your account:

The first rule be your normal Autopilot rule which triggers at the beginning of the month and starts the delinquency process in the "Grace Period" stage where you send your reminders.

The subsequent rules will have the same conditions as the initial rule but should be triggered a few days later in the late rent stage.

You can repeat the rules for a few days, however, about 3-4 repetitions up to day 7 or 8 of the month should be enough.

If you're still having issues where delinquency processes are moving to the payment made in full stage even though the tenant(s) owe rent, please reach out to support@leadsimple.com.
