We’ve made some exciting updates to how communication works in LeadSimple. Whether you're messaging tenants, calling owners, or replying to new leads, it’s now easier (and more cost-effective) to do it all in one place.

1. Inbox is Now a Standalone Tool

You can now use LeadSimple’s Shared Inbox on its own - no Operations Plan required.
That means if you’re just looking for a better way to manage team email, texts, and calls in one place, you can now subscribe to just the Comms Plan.

2. Or Combine It with CRM for a Seamless Experience

Want everything in one system? You can combine the CRM and Comms plans to:

  • Communicate with tenants, owners, vendors, and leads

  • Automatically log emails, calls, and texts to the right contact

  • Keep your whole team in sync without switching between tools

It’s one unified workflow, built for property managers.

3. More Messages & Minutes Included

We’ve increased what’s included with your subscription:

  • 200 calling minutes

  • 600 text messages

  • All pooled across your account, so your team can share the usage, no need to manage limits user by user.
