We’ve redesigned how calling works in LeadSimple Phone to make communication smoother and more powerful. Instead of the small call window that appeared in-app, your calls will now launch in a dedicated phone tab at phone.leadsimple.com.
What’s New:
Dedicated Phone App: Access your call dialer, voicemail, contacts, voicemails, and call history from one easy-to-navigate interface.
Streamlined Experience: Placing or receiving a call now opens a new browser tab, keeping your workspace organized.
Unified Inbox: All calls, texts, and voicemails still sync to your LeadSimple inbox, so your team won’t miss a thing.
What's Going Away:
The popup in all pages of LeadSimple when an inbound call comes in will be retired with this change. For organization, answering a call on desktop will now only be done from phone.leadsimple.com. You will also continue to be able to answer calls via your cell phone by call routing notification, and via our LeadSimple Phone mobile app for iPhone users immediately, as well as for Android users in coming weeks.
How It Works:
Click to call as usual within LeadSimple.
A new tab will open at phone.leadsimple.com for the call.
Manage your ongoing calls, voicemails, and contacts seamlessly.
To receive inbound calls on desktop, keep this tab open.
Why the Change:
This shift lets us deliver a faster, more reliable calling experience, and sets the foundation for future phone app improvements.
