There are two types of Phone configurations to consider.
"Forward to Phone" this is primarlity for users who do not have the Phone plan and want to use their mobile phone as a way to answer inbound calls
Web or "VOIP" phones. These are true web-based phones that you can access in your browser or our mobile application, configure IVRs for and other advanced features.
This article is focused on the "Forward to Phone" type.

Once a phone number is provisioned in LeadSimple, it can be used for both calling and texting through the LeadSimple mobile or desktop app. These numbers function like a regular business phone line:
Calling and Texting: You can make calls and send SMS messages seamlessly using the provisioned number.
Activity Logging: All calls and messages are automatically logged to the relevant lead or contact, ensuring a complete communication record within LeadSimple.
Cost Breakdown
To help you plan for usage, here is the cost structure for provisioned phone numbers:
Phone Number Cost: $4 per month per number.
Calling: Includes 500 minutes per month. Additional minutes are charged at $0.05 per minute.
Texting: Each SMS message costs $0.025.
