The AI Agent can turn a conversation into follow-up work in LeadSimple. This helps your team review what happened and continue the conversation without starting from scratch.

Voice call records

When an AI Agent call ends, LeadSimple stores a call record with the available caller details, duration, and transcript. The transcript is analyzed to decide what follow-up action should be created.

Lead creation

The agent creates a lead when the caller or texter appears to be a prospective tenant, new business inquiry, or someone interested in property management services.

  • The lead uses the pipeline configured on the AI Agent phone number.

  • If the conversation is already tied to a lead, LeadSimple avoids creating a duplicate lead.

  • If no pipeline is configured, LeadSimple creates a task instead.

Task creation

The agent creates a task for general follow-up, owner calls, vendor calls, billing questions, lease questions, and other requests that do not fit lead or work order creation.

Tasks are assigned to the connected user when available, otherwise to the account owner, and are due the next business day.

Work order creation

The agent creates a work order when a current tenant reports a maintenance issue and your account has maintenance enabled.

  • The agent needs enough property information to match the request to a property.

  • If maintenance is not enabled, LeadSimple creates a task instead.

  • If no matching property is found, LeadSimple creates a task instead.

Review before acting

AI-created records should be reviewed by your team. Confirm details, urgency, property matches, and contact information before dispatching work, changing account records, or making commitments to a customer.
