Collect maintenance requests with request links

Use public request links so residents can submit maintenance issues with contact details, access notes, and files.

What request links do

Request links give residents a public maintenance request form. Each account has an all-properties link, and property groups can have their own scoped links.

Copy a request link

Open Maintenance, select Request links, then copy the link you want to share. You can also open a link to preview the request form.

What residents submit

The form asks for name, email, phone, property address, unit, issue category, urgency, description, entry permission, preferred availability, access notes, and attachments.

What happens after submission

LeadSimple matches the address and unit to your properties. It matches the resident to an existing contact when possible or creates a new tenant contact. Then it creates a resident work order and a maintenance process with any uploaded files attached.

If the address cannot be matched, the resident is asked to check the address and unit before trying again.
