When to use owner review
Use owner quote review when an owner needs to approve maintenance pricing before work continues. The work order must have at least one received or selected quote with an amount.
Send the review
Open the work order and select Send owner review in the Quotes section. LeadSimple sends the owner a secure quote review link using the owner quote review email template.
What owners see
The owner sees the work order description, property, unit, work-order files, quote amounts, vendor names, quote notes, and quote files.
Owner responses
With one quote, the owner can approve or decline it. With multiple quotes, the owner can pick a quote or decline the options. A selected quote updates the work order estimate. A declined response creates follow-up work for your team.
Owner review links expire after 30 days and can only be submitted once.
