Use tenant response tasks to confirm scheduled visits and ask residents whether work is complete.

Tenant response links

Maintenance workflow steps can send tenants secure links for schedule confirmation and work completion confirmation. These links are usually sent from tasks in your maintenance process.

Schedule confirmation

When the scheduled visit is ready, send the tenant schedule confirmation message. The tenant can choose This time works or This time does not work and add notes.

Completion confirmation

After the scheduled work, send the completion confirmation message. The tenant can choose whether the work is complete or still needs attention and add notes.

What happens next

LeadSimple records the tenant response on the work order. If the tenant says the time does not work or the work is not complete, LeadSimple creates follow-up work for your team.

Tenant response links expire after 30 days and can only be submitted once.
