What repair groups are for
Sometimes several residents report the same underlying issue. Repair groups let your team link those related work orders while keeping each original resident request intact.
Create a repair group
Open a work order. In the Repair group section, LeadSimple shows likely related open work orders at the same property. Select the related work orders and choose Create repair group.
Primary work order
One work order is the primary work order. Vendor assignment, quote requests, quote selection, and owner review happen from the primary work order. Other group members show that orchestration is handled by the primary work order.
Manage the group
You can add more same-property work orders, remove members, or make a different work order primary. Grouped work orders still keep their own tenant, property, unit, and process history.
