When sync is available

Work-order sync appears in supported property management integrations when your account has Maintenance access. The integration must be active and configured for work-order sync.

Choose the process

In the integration settings, open Sync Work Orders. You can use the recommended Work Order process template or select an existing maintenance process type. If you use an existing process, choose the tenant and vendor contact roles and map the integration statuses to LeadSimple stages.

Choose what to sync

Select the work order types you want to sync, such as resident, internal, unit turn, or recurring work orders. Set the created-since date so older work orders are skipped.

How sync works

A LeadSimple work order syncs when it belongs to the integration's configured maintenance process type and the property or unit is connected to that integration. Some systems require a vendor before a work order can be created there.

Use the Maintenance dashboard for daily work. Sync details stay available in the work order process and integration tools.
