You might want to export your lead or process data occasionally, and LeadSimple makes this easy to do using the export button on any lead pipeline or process type.

Currently, it is only possible to bulk export a list of leads or processes with their contact info, property information, comments, stage and other details. Notes and activities (e.g. calls, emails, texts) are not included in the exported file.

Note that we don't send the actual file in the email. We send a link to where the file can be downloaded from.

Having trouble downloading the file in Safari?

  1. Use a different browser.

  2. Disable the "Open safe files after downloading" option in Safari.

Export Conversation History for Leads or Processes

However, you can export the conversation history for individual leads or process (maybe to use as proof in an eviction or other process).

1. To do this, navigate to the lead or process you want to export the activity from.

2. Click the print icon next to the activity header.

This will pull up a list of all your email and text conversations with that customer or lead.

3. Now, click File > Print (or command + P on Mac | control + P on Windows)

4. From there, you can choose to print the file, or save it as a PDF on your computer; saving it to PDF is useful if you need to send this to someone via email.

If you have questions or feedback about this, let us know by sending an email to support@leadsimple.com.
