Now you can use the search bar to search your contacts and properties as well as your leads.

This will allow you to not only find a specific property, contact, or lead quickly, but you can also search by city or zip code to pull up all the leads or properties in that area.

*Note: you cannot search a lead or contact by their mailing address. However, you can search a lead by the property address if they are an owner of the property or a tenant at the property.

Searching for a Lead

When you simply type into search and click enter, the system will search the leads by default. You can then click the other tabs to see the search results for contacts and properties.

Keyboard Shortcuts

However, if you'd like to search contacts or properties directly, you can do that by using a couple keyboard shortcuts.

To search for a contact directly, type "c: " before typing your search query. (Note that you must add the space between the colon and your search term.)

To search for a property directly, type "p: " before typing your search query. (Note that you must add the space between the colon and your search term.)

(Also, if your search brings up no results, you can add a new property, contact, or lead from the search results page.)
