How do I Reassign a Lead?

Learn how to reassign a lead to another user.

There are two ways to reassign a lead to another user, both one at a time or multiple at once.

From the lead's page

To reassign the lead from their page, use the drop-down menu next to Assignees where it says show.

Then use the dropdown that appears to select the user you want to assign to each role.

If you don't see a user you expect to see in the list, it is likely because that user does not have access to this pipeline. You can add them to the pipeline on their user page under Settings > Users or ask an admin on your account to add them.

From the lead dashboard page

You can use the bulk actions to select and reassign multiple leads to another user. Select the leads using the checkboxes to the left of the leads. Then click "Update Leads" in the top right.

From the window that appears, where it says Change Assignee, choose the new assignee from the drop-down menu and click Save.
