Okay, so what if all your operational processes are just in your head? You'd love to get them down on paper or in a process solution like LeadSimple, but where do you even start?

No worries, we've got you covered! We've built out a video course on how to build processes in LeadSimple here! This course will take you from start to finish with your processes.

In this webinar, we take a look at understanding your processes using a framework to help you understand, categorize, and build out your processes, from scratch. This will give you that much needed starting point and enable you to craft your processes into a cohesive, well functioning machine which you can then plug into LeadSimple!

Also, if you'd like to start with a basic template, we've built out basic processes for most of the common processes in property management to get you started if you don't have your processes documented yet.

You can view the currently available processes in the Library in the lefthand sidebar.

You can review them there, but you won't be able to make any changes until you copy them into your library.

Once you've copied it into your library, you can make edits in the library before making it live in your account or clone it into your account and make edits there. πŸ‘
