Updating your billing is easy. You can change plans, switch to annual billing, or update your card.
If you'd like to change your current plan, you can do that anytime from the billing page.
Navigate to the billing page by clicking Settings > Billing in the left hand sidebar.
Then click "View All Plans" in the top right.
You can then choose to upgrade or downgrade your current plan by clicking "Choose this plan".
You can also choose any Add On plans from the Billing page.
The Phone & Inbox option can be added to both CRM and Operations.
In addition, the Maintenance option can be added to the Operations plan to enable Work Orders.
