Learn how to change the default caller ID in LeadSimple

After you provision you and your team an Agent number you may wonder how can you change the number that will appear in the Caller ID when you make your calls.

When you select the Call button within the Lead's Page

You'll get this pop up window before making the call, with 3 options:

Call From: You're personal number that you set up in your account

Caller ID: The number you wish to show to your Lead (this can be your LeadSimple number or your office line)

Call To: The Lead's number

Once you select the Caller ID Number, LeadSimple will save that number as the default for that pipeline so next time you want to call a lead in this pipeline, it will use that number.
