You can connect LeadSimple with your Gmail, Outlook, or other email client account, (To connect your email follow these steps here) when doing so you may be asked to provide IMAP and SMTP information if you're using Email Hosting.

If you do not know that information, we've provided the typical host addresses and port numbers for the most common email providers below:

  • Bluehost

    Find information on setting up the Bluehost email here.

  • Cloudways

    Reach out to Cloudways for the credentials.

  • Gmail
    IMAP host:

    IMAP port: 993
    SMTP host: smtp.gmail.com
    SMTP port: 587

  • iCloud
    IMAP host:
    imap.mail.me.com
    IMAP port: 993
    SMTP host: smtp.mail.me.com
    SMTP port: 587

  • Outlook.com
    IMAP host:
    outlook.office365.com
    IMAP port: 993
    SMTP host: smtp.office365.com
    SMTP port: 587

  • Rackspace

    Inbound mail port: 993, secure.emailsrvr.com

    Outbound mail port: 587, secure.emailsrvr.com

  • Yahoo!
    IMAP host:
    imap.mail.yahoo.com
    IMAP port: 993
    SMTP host: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
    SMTP port: 587 or 465

  • Zoho

    Incoming server: IMAP with SSL port 993

    Outgoing server: SMTP port 587

If your provider is not listed here — or if you use an email provider specific to your company — we suggest reaching out to your System Administrator for the IMAP and SMTP information required to sync your email to LeadSimple.
