Sometimes you might find that when receiving a call on your Lead Simple number you get a recording saying your phone is not configured correctly. There are a few things you'll need to check:

  1. Make sure the Lead Simple number is set up to route to a user.

2. Check if the user has a valid phone number in their profile.

3. The user's phone number is notifiable.
