Sometimes you might find that when receiving a call on your Lead Simple number you get a recording saying your phone is not configured correctly. There are a few things you'll need to check:
Make sure the Lead Simple number is set up to route to a user. LeadSimple needs a phone number to forward the call to.
2. Check if the user has a valid phone number in their profile.
3. Check that the user's phone number is notifiable by ensuring the bell icon next to the number in their profile is green:
