If you're sending leads from Outlook to LeadSimple via email forwarding, you may get the following error message:
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups ... Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."
This message is due to Outlook's settings. To fix this, review this Outlook help article to configure your settings so that emails are able to forward to LeadSimple.
