User Profile Page

The User Profile page is where you manage an individual user's login details, permissions, and communication settings in LeadSimple. You can reach your user profile by clicking on your name under the search bar, the top left section of the dashboard panel or any user's profile from Settings → Users, then clicking on their name only if you are an admin user.

Login Details

At the top of the profile you'll find the user's core login information:

  • Email – The email address the user logs in with.

  • Password – Click into this field to change the user's password.

  • Time Zone – Sets the time zone LeadSimple uses for this user's tasks, calendars, and notifications (e.g., GMT -10:00 America/Adak).

Default Login Page

Use the Default Login Page dropdown to choose which page the user lands on immediately after logging in (e.g., Dashboard, Tasks, Inbox). This helps tailor the experience based on the user's role.

User Type

Every user is assigned one of two access levels:

User Type

Description

Admin

Full access to all areas and settings in the account.

Limited Access

Restricted access based on the permissions configured below.

General Permissions

These checkboxes control account-wide capabilities for the user:

Task Permissions

Task Permissions allow administrators to control whether a user can view tasks assigned to other team members.

  • See Other Users' Task Pages – When enabled, the user can view task pages and tasks assigned to other users. When disabled, the user can only view their own assigned tasks.

Edit all fields in leads – Allows the user to edit any field on a lead record, not just fields assigned to their role.

See Dashboard – Grants access to the account Dashboard.

Hover over the "?" icon next to any permission for an in-app description of what it controls. This allows users to view the Dashboard. Admins always have this permission enabled.

Pipeline /Process Permissions

This section lists every pipeline/process in the account and lets you control which ones the user can access. Each pipeline /process shows how many "additional permissions" (out of a total, e.g., 11/11) are currently enabled for that user within it.

  • Check the box next to a pipeline/process to grant the user access to it.

  • The "X / 11 additional permissions" note indicates more granular, pipeline/process-specific settings are applied — click into the pipeline to review or adjust them individually.

Tip: If a user should only work within specific pipelines/process (for example, a leasing specialist who only needs Owner Contracts/lease renewal process , leave the unrelated pipelines unchecked to keep their workspace focused and secure.

Note: You cannot modify your own Pipeline or Process permissions. This action is restricted to Admin users only. If you need your permissions updated, please contact an administrator within your organization to make the necessary permissions changes

Login & Security

Expand this section to manage account security:

  • Login History – View a log of the user's past logins.

  • Two-Step Verification – Enable or manage two-factor authentication for the account.

Additional Collapsible Sections

Further down the profile page, you'll find additional expandable sections for fine-tuning the user's setup.Click any section header to expand it and edit its settings.

  • Notifications – Configure which alerts and updates the user receives.

  • Phone Numbers – Manage phone numbers associated with the user for calling/texting features.

  • Email Accounts – Connect or manage the email account(s) linked to this user.

  • Email Signature – Set up the signature that appears on emails sent from LeadSimple.

  • Meeting Links – Add or manage scheduling links associated with the user to use in various pipeline /processes
