You can export or print the conversation history for individual leads or process deals (maybe to use as proof in an eviction or other process).
1. To do this, navigate to the lead or process you want to export the activity from.
2. Click the print icon next to the activity header.
This will pull up a list of all your email and text conversations with that customer or lead.
3. Now, click File > Print (or command + P on Mac | control + P on Windows)
4. From there, you can choose to print the file, or save it as a PDF on your computer; saving it to PDF is useful if you need to send this to someone via email.
