Each process takes a certain amount of time to complete, some more, some less. Instead of remembering how long each process takes when you start it, or adding a step to update the process due date, you can now add default process due dates to each process type.

If there is no custom due date set for a process type, it will default to the following day.

These due dates can be relative to the process creation date, lease start/end dates, current and future move-in/move-out dates.

Adding Default Process Due Dates

To add a default process due date to a process type, navigate to the process type settings by clicking Settings > Pipeline Settings in the lefthand sidebar.

Then go into the "General" tab.

Scroll to the "Default Due Date" section.

Then, select the settings you want to use.

  • Number of days

  • Calendar days or week days

  • Before/After

  • Date
