Supported File Types and Maximum File Size for Email Attachments

If you want to upload an attachment to an email you're sending from LeadSimple, this article is for you :)

Supported File Types

You can upload attachments to emails if they match one of these file types:

  • Documents: csv, doc, docx, htm, html, md, pdf, ppt, pptx, rtf, txt, xls, xlsx.

  • Multimedia: 3gp, amr, gif, jpeg, jpg, mov, mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpg, png, tif, tiff, wav.

  • Other: ics, vcf, zip.

Maximum File/Attachment Size

You can upload attachments with a maximum size of 20 MB (megabytes).
