What Happens After Sept 30?

  • Data Flow Stops: After Sept 30, data from your PAS will no longer sync to LeadSimple, if you are using PMSync.

  • No Data Loss: Your existing data in LeadSimple will remain intact; it just won't be updated with new information from your PAS.

  • Migration Still Possible: You can still upgrade to the new integration after Sept 30, and merge your PMSync data with the new direct integration data.

What Happens After December 31?

  • Migration Tool Unavailable: After December 31, you will not be able to use the migration tool to merge your PMSync data with the new data.

  • Data Retention: Your data will remain in LeadSimple, but without the ability to merge old PMSync data with new direct integration data if you delay upgrading past this date.

Why Is There a Deadline?

Switching to a single method is crucial to keep your data accurate and reliable. Using two different methods at the same time can lead to errors and possible data loss.

  • Sept 30 Deadline: This marks the end of PMSync functionality. To ensure continuous data syncing from your PAS, you need to upgrade to a direct integration by this date.

  • December 31 Deadline: This is the final date to use the migration tool to merge old PMSync data with new data from the direct integration, providing a window for those who might need extra time.

What You Need to Do:

Summary:

  • No Data Loss: Your data will be preserved regardless of whether you upgrade immediately.

  • Upgrade for Syncing: To keep data syncing, upgrade to a direct integration by Sept 30.

  • Extended Migration Window: Migrate your old data until December 31 for seamless integration.
