Why do I hear "Configure your number's voice URL to change this message" when I call my LeadSimple number?

Do you or your leads and contacts hear this message when they call your LeadSimple phone number?

"Thanks for the call. Configure your number's voice U R L to change this message. Let us know if we can help you in any way during your development."

This is because there is one more configuration step required on your phone number so it will pull from your default or customized voicemail greeting in LeadSimple going forward.

(This issue is most often encountered when a number is ported over into LeadSimple and our phone provider didn't fully configure your phone number during the port.)
