Error on Inbound Calls: "This Number Has Not Been Configured Correctly"

Learn how to fix this error when contacts call your LeadSimple number.

If you or your contacts are getting the error "This number has not been configured correctly, we've notified the right people about the problem" - check your phone number in your profile to ensure your number is set to be notifiable.

Once you've updated the notification bell to green you should be good to go!
