Note that when a user makes a call to another user's LeadSimple number, that call will not be logged or create a new lead.
Why We Don't Track Internal Calls:
This is a security precaution. Just as with internal emails, calls between team members are not logged in the system to prevent clutter and ensure that sensitive internal communications remain private.
How to Test Calls Effectively:
To properly test your calls and see them logged in the activity feed, ensure that you're calling from a test number that is not on a user’s profile in LeadSimple. This way, LeadSimple will track the call and, if applicable, create a new lead.
