Are you having trouble with tenants who have prepaid their rent still showing a delinquent balance in LeadSimple?
Unfortunately we cannot access prepaid rent or credits in AppFolio, so sometimes delinquency processes might be started that shouldn't have been.
AppFolio also doesn't always apply the credit to their balance immediately through the API, meaning that LeadSimple may continue to show a delinquent balance a couple days after it shows as applied inside AppFolio.
While we are working with AppFolio to correct this, our recommendation in the meantime is to add a note to your templates in your Delinquency process that they can ignore the text/email if they have already paid.
