Occasionally, you may notice that your auto-imported leads are coming in with an incorrect name or email address, that the contact info didn't import, or that the property info didn't come in. This can happen if your lead email format has changed or if you recently set up a new source. 

This will require a parser update on our end, so please reach out to support@leadsimple.com or use the chatbox. Please have a couple example leads ready to help us get it fixed for you as quickly as possible.
