Occasionally, you may notice that your auto-imported leads are coming in with an incorrect name or email address, that the contact info didn't import, or that the property info didn't come in. This can happen if your lead email format has changed or if you recently set up a new source.
If you are using our direct integration with Property Manager Websites (PMW) and you have noticed that the leads are syncing in incorrectly, you will need to reach out to them to have this updated for you. You can also check out our Setting up the PMW Integration article to assist you further.
If you are not a PMW User, then this will require a parser update on our end, so please reach out to support@leadsimple.com or use the chatbox. Please have a couple example leads ready to help us get it fixed for you as quickly as possible.
