Saved views allow you to filter and customize the data and stats that appear on your pipeline and process dashboards and save the views as quickly accessible tabs. Learn more about how to create saved views here!

Common Saved Views for Pipelines & Processes

Pipelines:

Owner Leads

  1. Active Leads (Filter to only include leads in the “Lead” and “Prospect” status)

  2. Won Leads (Filter to only include leads in the “won” status + closed at within this quarter)

  3. All (No filters)

  4. Leads created this year (Filter to only include leads created at this year)

Tenant Leads

  1. All (No filters)

  2. General Inquiries (Filter type: "Stage", with the value "New Inquiry", etc)

  3. Applicants (Filter type: "Stage", with the value "Application Submitted")

Current Tenants (synced from your Property Management software)

  1. Delinquent (Filter type: "Value", with a value between $1-$10000)

  2. Upcoming Lease Renewals (Filter type: "Contract End Date" with a value between your chosen dates)

Processes:

Owner Onboarding

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

  3. Off-track (Filter by Filter Type "On Track" and select "Off-track" as Value)

  4. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

Property Onboarding

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

  3. Off-track (Filter by Filter Type "On Track" and select "Off-track" as Value)

  4. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

Make Ready

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

  3. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

Marketing

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

  3. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

Applications

  1. New (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: New Application)

  2. Screening (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Pet Screening)

  3. Approved (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Approved/Denied (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Application Denied)

  4. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

  5. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

Move Ins

The columns should include the move-in date.

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

  3. Off-track (Filter by Filter Type "On Track" and select "Off-track" as Value)

  4. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

Lease Renewals

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

  3. Off-track (Filter by Filter Type "On Track" and select "Off-track" as Value)

  4. Completed (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "Completed" as Value)

Move-Outs

The columns should include the move-out date.

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)

  3. Off-track (Filter by Filter Type "On Track" and select "Off-track" as Value)

Delinquencies

  1. Late Rent (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Late Rent)

  2. Grace Period (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Grace Period)

  3. Payment made in full (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Payment made in full)

  4. Payment Plan (Filter by Filter Type "Stage" Eg: Payment Plan)

Evictions

  1. Active (Filter by Filter Type "Status" and select "working" as Value)

  2. Overdue (Filter to only include overdue tasks by selecting "On track" as filter type and "Overdue" as Value)
