If you haven't provisioned a shared number yet, please read this article to get started (you'll add users to this number as part of the setup).
If you already have provisioned a shared number for your LeadSimple account and simply want to add an assigned user to that number, read on!
Adding a User to a Shared Phone Number
Navigate to Settings, then Texting & Inbound Calling:
Click on the Actions menu on the far right of the phone number.
Then click Configure Routing:
Now you can switch the number to a shared number or to an agent number. An Agent Number can only be assigned to one user while a Shared Number can be assigned to multiple users and also be assigned to a specific lead source (if used for a marketing campaign).
Click the User Assignment menu and select the additional users you would like to assign to this number:
Then hit save and you're ready to go!
