How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see you go 😢, but if you need to cancel your account, here's how to do that.
Simply email your cancellation request to support@leadsimple.com more than 15 days prior to your next billing date.
Please include in that email:
When you want the cancellation to take effect.
Include a brief reason for your cancellation (this is incredibly helpful for us as we continue to improve LeadSimple and serve property managers like you!)
Whether you need time to retrieve your data.
Next Steps:
Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request and start the account cancellation process on your behalf.
Chat with us:
Look out for a follow-up email from one of our customer success managers with the next steps to complete your cancellation.
Schedule a 15-minute call with us to collect your feedback on how we can improve LeadSimple to better serve property managers like you!
An email survey is also available if needed.
Cancellation Processed:
After gathering your feedback, we’ll finalize the cancellation. (Once canceled, note that you will lose access to your workflows and data. Features like lead import, email sync, and workflow automation will be disabled. Any LeadSimple phone numbers will be deleted and not recoverable.)
Account Archiving:
Your account will be archived, allowing you to reactivate it later. However, you won’t have access to your data without reactivating it, so please export it beforehand.
If you want your data permanently deleted, please let us know. All account administrators will be notified before any data deletion occurs.
Why do I need to provide 15 days' notice?
So you can export your data: The 15-day notice period allows you ample time to export any critical information you may need from our platform. Ensure you have all the data you want to retain before the cancellation is processed, as it will not be available afterward. Follow the instructions in this article: How to Export Lead Data.
This timeline will enable us to process your cancellation promptly without delays and ensure you won't be billed again on your upcoming billing date.
