How to set the default caller ID on outbound calls

After you provision more than one phone number on your account, you may want to select your preferred outbound number to save you time when placing calls.

You can do that by navigating to your user profile under Settings -> Users, then clicking on your own name.

Then, expand the "Phone Numbers" dropdown. Here you will see all of the phone numbers associated to your LeadSimple account, for which you are a user.

If you have numbers on your LeadSimple account which you are NOT a user on, it is expected that they will not appear here. To make them appear, simply add yourself as a user.

Under each of these phone numbers, you'll see the option to "Set As Default". Click this on your preferred number and you're done!

Now, when you place outbound calls, we will default to auto-populating that number. You can always select a different one if desired from the dropdown.
