One of the valuable features of LeadSimple is the ability to track calls, emails, and texts when messaging leads, owners, or tenants, giving you a complete history of your contact with each person.

However, if a contact belongs to multiple leads or processes, the communication history may be scattered across those. How can you view all the contact history you've had with an individual from one place?

We have great news - this is possible from the Contacts page!

Navigating to the Contacts Page

You can navigate to a contact under the Contacts page by three different ways:

  1. By clicking on the contact name from a lead or process.

  2. By searching by contact with the search function.

  3. By navigating to the contacts page and using the find bar (control+F or command+F), or scrolling to find your desired contact.

View All Contact Activity

Once you're on the desired contact's page, scroll down until you see "Activity." Below this, you'll find all communications you've had with this contact!

The activity feed shows all types of communications by default, but you can filter this to only include only calls, emails, or text messages, or a combination of two.

And that's how you can see all communication you've had with a contact from one place!

If you have any questions about this after reading this article, please chat us via the chat icon in the corner of your account, or email support@leadsimple.com, and we'll be happy to help!
