Why am I not receiving notifications about new leads importing from Zapier?

Note that you can import leads from most sources directly through our source emails. This is recommended for most lead sources. Use Zapier only if your source doesn't send emails with the lead's info when new leads come in.

If you are not receiving new lead notifications about leads imported through Zapier, check your Zap to be sure that it isn't pre-assigning the lead assignee. If the lead is assigned automatically, LeadSimple doesn't need to send notifications to your whole team or encourage your team to get back to the lead quickly to claim the lead.

If the lead is unassigned when it comes into LeadSimple, it will go through the notifications and routing you have set up for the pipeline you chose. πŸ‘
