How do I see if tasks have been skipped, and by which team member?

Setting up the Task Filter

Task Reporting is included in LeadSimple. To see who has completed tasks and also view skipped tasks do the following:

  1. Open Tasks in the left navigation

  2. Select Completed tasks in the task filter bar

  3. Select the User you would like to view

Viewing Skipped, Deleted, and Completed Tasks

You'll see 2 types of Completed Tasks by this User:

  • Skipped & Deleted Tasks - will appear crossed out. These tasks were not completed.

  • Completed Tasks - will not be crossed out. These tasks were completed.
