When building your processes in LeadSimple, you might encounter situations where certain steps are relevant only to specific property groups within your portfolio, rather than individual units. Whether you want to apply unique communication templates or skip certain tasks, you can now use property groups as conditions to tailor your workflow.

How to Use Property Groups in Conditional Steps:

  1. Select the Property Group Option: While creating or editing a step in your process, click on the "conditions" icon to open your "Step Conditions", choose the "Property Group" option in the field dropdown.

  2. Define the Condition: Select one of the existing property groups in your workspace that applies to the step.

  3. Adding Multiple Conditions: If you need to apply more than one property group, you can add multiple conditions to your step for greater flexibility.
