Learn how to edit your user profile in LeadSimple.

Here's how to manage your personal profile within LeadSimple. Your account profile stores important information such as:

  • User Name

  • Avatar

  • Password

  • Notifications

  • Time Zone

  • Phone

  • Connected Email Addresses

  • Email Signature

  • Meeting Links

View your profile by clicking on your name in the left sidebar.

From here, you can edit essential information about your profile.

User Name and Avatar

This is only for internal purposes and will never display to leads. Upload your avatar by clicking on 'change photo'.

Time Zone

This controls how time stamp events are displayed. (Example: Time a call was made, custom field date/time)

Login & Security

Find your login history and set up or turn off your two-factor verification in this section.

Notifications

Phone Numbers

You can store multiple numbers as well as add extensions for office numbers. The bell icon next to the number controls if the number is notifiable or not, where a green bell means you can make/receive calls at that number and a grey bell means you won't be able to make/receive calls at that number.

Email Signature

This will automatically be inserted when you send emails, unless you set up a custom signature on your email address.

Connected Email Accounts

Connect your direct email account to track emails to leads in LeadSimple.

Add your personal meeting links to your profile to be used in email templates for easy and automated call booking. Here is an article on how to set up your meeting links.
