You can trigger processes in bulk from your pipelines, contact, or property pages.
However, you will want to use Autopilot or Create Process Steps to trigger most of your processes.
Starting Processes from Pipelines
First be sure that your process is setup to pull the correct contacts from the correct pipelines.
Filter your pipeline to pull the correct list of owners or tenants that you would like to start processes for.
Then click the checkbox at the top of the list. This will select the first 100 records.
Then click the Create Processes button at the top of the page.
Select the process type you want to start:
You can override the default due date and automatic assignment for this process type if you'd like:
Select the starting stage, fill out any custom fields you'd like (note that they will be filled out for all the processes you are starting), then click Create Processes.
If you'd like to start more than 100 processes, tag the deal records that you started the processes for by clicking Update Leads:
Add a tag to the leads and click Save.
Then filter the pipeline by Tagged with None and select the tag you just added.
Now you can select the next 100 records and start more processes!
You can also follow this same process on the Contacts or Properties pages. Instructions here!
