Points to Remember:

  • There’s no need to spend the time writing the same answers over and over! Instead, use quick replies to make responding to those common scenarios simpler and faster.

  • You can use quick reply templates for answers to questions, video shortcuts, links, etc.

  • Think of pipeline/process templates as your proactive, outbound communications, tied to processes, while quick replies are meant to be used as reactive replies to inbound client questions.

Action Items:

  • Add some quick replies to your inbox for common questions or scenarios and keep your eye out for other opportunities to add quick replies!
