This article covers what the Inbox counters (numbers besides Mine, Unassigned, All Others) are and how to:
📩 Replying to conversations
Click on a conversation in the Inbox list to open it.
Emails: Click on the reply arrow to open the reply window:
Type your message and click Send Now.

3. Texts: Click on the reply arrow to open the reply window:
Scroll down, type your message and click Send Now. (You can also make a call in the same thread as a text message).
4. Calls: Click on the reply arrow to open the reply window.
In the box that appears, make sure you are on the call tab.
a. Select the phone number you would like to use to make the call (LeadSimple will call you first at this number and then connect you to the contact when you pick up the call and press "1"). These phone numbers can be found and updated on your user profile page.
b. Select your caller ID, which can be the same as your phone number or a LeadSimple provisioned number.
c. Select the contact and which of their numbers you would like to call.
d. Click Start Call.
✉️ Sending a brand new message from the Inbox
You can send new outbound emails or texts, and make phone calls from the Inbox directly.
Click the New button on the Inbox list page:
Choose email, call or text.
It will ask you to search for a contact to call or send the email/text to. For emails, you can also type the email address you'd like to send it to.
You can also select your from email address from the list of emails you have access to.
✅ Resolving Conversations
Only resolve a conversation when you have resolved the customer/lead's question or issue. Conversations can be resolved in multiple places.
Resolving a conversation: Click into a conversation and click the Resolve button in the top right.
💤 Snoozing Conversations
Snooze a conversation when you are waiting on the customer or lead to reply back to you. Snoozing a conversation will temporarily archive it until a later date and/or time of your choosing.
Click on a conversation in the Inbox, and use the “Snooze” button in the upper right corner to snooze it for any future time:
