It's possible to use keyboard shortcuts in LeadSimple to speed up your everyday work.
In the Inbox, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
In the conversation window:
Typing "R" opens the reply box
Typing "N" opens the note box
Type "/" inside the reply box and type to search for a quick reply. Use the arrow keys to select a quick reply and hit "enter" to insert it.
From the Inbox conversation list page:
Clicking "/" opens the Inbox search
