This article covers what is available on each of the three available plans. To see which plan your account is currently on, log into your LeadSimple account and navigate to the Billing page under Settings (admins only). All the details of what's included in each plan are displayed upfront for you.

Growth (CRM)

$99/month

Growth gives you access to the CRM to further streamline the sales and growth side of your business.

Operations (CRM, Ops)

$1.35 per door/month ($200/month minimum)

Operations gives you access to both the CRM and the Operations Management features, allowing you to systematize your whole company, from sales to operations (such as owner/property onboarding, applications, move ins, move outs, and lease renewals!)

Comms (CRM, Ops, Inbox, Maintenance)

$2.20 per door/month ($330/month minimum)

Comms give you access to the full suite of features in LeadSimple - CRM, Operations, Inbox, and Maintenance.

  • Unlimited Users

  • Unlimited Pipelines

  • Unlimited Process Types

  • Unlimited Inboxes

  • Includes everything on Growth as well as:

    • LeadSimple Inbox

    • Work Order Sync from:

      • AppFolio

      • Rentvine
