Using shared phone numbers in Inbox will allow you to track and manage all communications with clients within LeadSimple - emails, texts, and calls. 

You can provision phone numbers in your chosen area code(s) and configure the routing and voicemail greeting.

All phone calls made through shared phone numbers will first call you at the phone number in your profile settings. When you pick up, you will be prompted to press 1 to connect to the contact.
